Assigning keywords to pages (Select Keywords)

Keywords can help as you search for pages.

1.  Go to page that you want to add a keyword to.

2.  Right-click the Page button, and then click Rename.

3.  Click the Select Keyword(s) button:

4.  If you want to use a keyword not in the list, type it in the New Keyword field, then click Add to Lists.

5.  Select the keyword to add to the page, and click Include.

 

Click Exclude to remove a keyword from a page.

Click Delete to remove a keyword from the list.

You can also enter a keyword directly in the Keywords column on the Page Manager.
