Using Power Search For Orders

You can search for an order using date range, account, trader, and order details.

The date range is optional when you search current orders, and there is no limit to the number of days back. The date range is required when you search old orders, and the filter is limited to the previous 31 days.

To search for a synthetic spread, enter the synthetic spread name (contract and expiration without ratio, e.g. EPZ9-ENQZ9) to search in the Contracts field.

1.  Go to Customer Service > Power Search.

2.  Select how many and which orders (current or old) you want displayed.

3.  Select the date range for your search. Current orders are today’s orders.

4.  If applicable, enter the account details for your search, including account name, sales series number, customer name, customer ID, FCM account number, route order ID, sales series name, sales series ID, account ID, or FCM.

5.  If applicable, enter the trader name, user name, or ID for your search.

6.  Enter the order details for your search, including order type, duration, state, class, route, route group, exchange, ticket number, and contract. You can search for multiple instructions in a single search.

7.  Click Search. Results are displayed in the search pane.

Clicking the Clear All button clears the fields without saving your entries.
