Description: Account ID in the CQG trade routing system.
Required: yes.
Type: bool
Description: True if currency conversions should use real-time rates (real-time rate sources or constant currency rates, see trading_account_2.CurrencyRateSource) for the account, if available. E.g. for calculation of OTE. False or empty if the account prefers to use brokerage daily currency rates only (see trading_account_2.BrokerageCurrencyRates).
