Report with balances from the last statement for all authorized accounts with Account.cleared_by_statements=True flag set. Will be sent as a response to a corresponding request and after each statement processing (if subscribed). Each initial report contains a full snapshot of all balances on all accounts. Each report for an active subscription contains updates only.
