Market State metadata. The first complete report contains initial snapshot, which may be saved as local state. All subsequent messages contain updates that may be applied to the local state. Subscribed requests in case of server-side communication issues will receive an InformationReport with status_code “StatusCode.STATUS_CODE_DISCONNECTED”. After issues resolution subscribed requests will receive an InformationReport with status_code “StatusCode.STATUS_CODE_SUBSCRIBED” and with a list of metadata updates, if there are any.
