NE Mode

Any combination of the following OrdType(40) and TimeInForce(59) is supported in NE mode by the Fix Client:

Order types:

1        = Market

2        = Limit

3        = Stop

4        = Stop Limit

Time in Force:

0        = Day

1        = GTC (Good Till Cancel)

3        = IOC (Immediate or Cancel / Fill And Kill)

4        = FOK (Fill Or Kill)

6        = GTD (Good Till Date)

The Fix Server shall reject any invalid combinations for a particular contract.
