CQG FIX Connect, Web API, and CMS servers are usually up and running even on the weekend. However, CQG does shut down servers to update configurations and fix errors during scheduled maintenance hours.
Below table shows our official maintenance hours. Please note that the weekend maintenance is mandatory, and the midweek maintenance is optional.
