This chart type displays net change by bar over time.
You can use the same chart intervals on net change charts as you do on bar charts.
This chart type cannot be used with synthetic strategies.

Using custom studies with net change charts
The operator NCChange(@) must be used in custom studies that are intended to be applied to net change charts. For example: RSI(NCChange(@), 9).

Choose from one of eight lines styles for the bar: Histogram (default), Line, Dashed line, Dotted Line, Dash, Dots, Cross, and Plus. |

Select this check box to turn on the fill property. When it is on, the space indicated by the plotting on the chart is filled in as a visual enhancement. For example, in this image Style = Cross and fill is turned on.

Opens sub-window with overbought and oversold parameters for NetChange: Hi, NetChange: Lo, and NetChange: Zero. Color = Select a color for the indicator. Weight = Choose a thickness for the indicator. Type = Choose fixed or dynamic. •Fixed = uses Level as a fixed OB/OS value. •Dynamic = uses Standard Deviation and Lookback for a dynamic OB/OS value. Std Dev = Multiplier used to calculate high and low. Lookback = Number of bars to compare to the current bar. Level = Percentage of average OB/OS used to calculate predictor Ob/OS levels. Display = Select this check box to display the component. Style = Choose a line style. |
