If a new version of software is available, you are asked to upgrade to that version when you log on.
• Click Upgrade Now to upgrade immediately.
• Click Upgrade Later to postpone the upgrade.
• Click Exit to close the software.
You can also access the download for the latest version on our ftp site: ftp.cqg.com.
If you are a CQG/LAN customer
Generally, upgrades are handled by our LAN Technicians who work with LAN sites directly.
First, the LAN Tech assists you with updating your server version. Once the server software is updated, the software can be updated. Typically, IT staff at the customer site handles each upgrade.
The software may be sent to your site by CQG, or it may be downloaded from our ftp site. The installation may be scripted.
