What it does
Places a vertical line on the chart.

How to use it
1. Right-click the chart, point to Pointer Tools, then click Vertical Line. The cursor becomes pencil.
2. Click to activate the line.
3. Drag the cursor across the window until you reach the desired location, and click to park it.
