Bar value = number of fills since the start of the bar (regardless of size) until either the start of the next bar or the last transaction of the order, whichever is first.
The start marker and end marker are vertical arrows indicating the time when the order started working and the time of the last transaction of the order.
Cannot be used with Market Profile.
