To add fills
1. Go to Customer Service > Current Order Details.
2. In the Order Details section on the Actions line, click the Add Fill button.
3. Enter the quantity and price, then click the Add button.
To correct fills
1. Go to Customer Service > Current Order Details.
2. In the Fills section in the leg field, click the button on the right to expose the Correct, Cancel, and Bust buttons. (Click the button on the left to expose additional fills.)
3. Enter a new quantity or price.
4. Click Correct.
5. Confirm the action.
To cancel fills
1. Go to Customer Service > Current Order Details.
2. In the Fills section in the leg field, click the button on the right to expose the Correct, Cancel, and Bust buttons. (Click the button on the left to expose additional fills.)
3. Click Cancel.
4. Confirm the action.
To bust fills
Busting a fill means that the quantity remaining on the order will not be adjusted. For example, if you bust an order for 5 that has 2 fills, the quantity remaining is 3, not 5.
1. Go to Customer Service > Current Order Details.
2. In the Fills section in the leg field, click the button on the right to expose the Correct, Cancel, and Bust buttons. (Click the button on the left to expose additional fills.)
3. Click Bust.
4. Confirm the action.
