Viewing Positions for Individual and Group Accounts

Individual Accounts

Go to Customer Service > Positions. The information displayed includes all open and closed futures and options positions for an account.

To view only open positions, click Open Positions on the Customer Service menu.

Sections marked with plus buttons are expandable, and links open other CAST pages.

From this page, you can delete some or all positions.

 

The Gateway knows only of positions downloaded to it every night or positions that come from trades executed through CQG. If a trader places an order via some other mechanism, the position is shown on this page only after the data has been downloaded from the FCM. External orders can also be added via the New External Position and New External Order pages.

Group Accounts

Go to Customer Service > Group Account Positions.

This page differs from the Positions page in only one way: the Account column shows the related account for each position. Clicking the link takes you to the Positions page.

From this page, you can delete positions.
