This page details current and un-archived orders. Details are dependent on the order type, for example, whether the order is a strategy or not.
To view order information, go to Customer Service > Current Order Details.
Sections marked with arrows are expandable. Links open other CAST pages.
In the Order Details section, there are buttons to request and reflect cancels, to add fills, and activate an active-at order.
In the Fills section, there are buttons to correct, cancel, and bust.

Synthetic spread details are available on this page. The commodity is the spread name. The description includes the spread formula, side, size, type, and price. Related strategy orders and strategy definition are available. For aggregated synthetic spread orders, the display price is shown when (1) leg instruments have similar tick sizes, price formats, and scale factors, (2) price coefficients for all legs in aggregation formula are equal, and (3) leg ratios are equal. Otherwise, the correct price is shown with a warning.
Searching
It is likely you will receive a “too many results” error if you search by some of the more general criteria, like trader or exchange.
You can also use Power Search.
•Commodity = symbol and name of commodity
•Description = synthetic/native, side, quantity, symbol, and price of order
•Chain status = identifies the state of the chain independent of the state of the selected order

•Comments = usually a reject reason

•Execution System Order ID = assigned by exchange
