Customers are customers of the FCM. All customers must be associated with a sales series. A customer can also be a trader.
You can also view, modify, remove, and restore customers.
To add a customer
1. Go to Customers > New Customer.
2. Select the entity type based on your customer’s profile. CAST does not use this information.
3. Type the tax ID.
4. Select the “Simplified” checkbox for customers using Self Service. View-only (except Admins).
Customer Info
5. Select the FCM from the dropdown menu.
6. Select the Sales Series this customer belongs to.
Customer Name
7. Type the customer’s name.
Address
8. Type the customer’s address.
Phone/Fax/Email
9. Type the customers’ phone, fax, and email.
10. Click Save.
CAST then asks if you would like to set this customer up as a trader.
If you cancel, you can add that information later.
